Privacy Policy

SuperLeagues ("we", "us") is a fantasy sports app for NFL, NBA, and MLB. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use SuperLeagues, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and (if provided) avatar from that provider. We don't see or store your Apple or Google password.
• Profile information. Your display name, handle, bio, and any photos you add to your profile.
• Your content and activity. Chat messages and DMs you send, and your league activity — drafts, lineups, trades, card packs you open, and powerups you play.
• Purchase information. When you buy Super Coins or subscribe to SuperPass, the purchase is processed by Apple. We receive transaction identifiers and product identifiers so we can deliver what you bought — we never see your payment card details.
• Device information. A push notification token and your device's timezone, so we can send you notifications at sensible times.
• Usage analytics. Events about how you use the app (screens viewed, features used, session activity), collected via Amplitude and linked to your account identity (user ID, name, handle, and email).

Why we collect it

• To run the app. Your account, profile, content, purchases, and device information are all needed to provide the core SuperLeagues experience — leagues, drafts, chat, calls, cards, and purchases.
• To improve the app. We use analytics to understand which features are used and where things break, so we can make SuperLeagues better.

Device permissions

SuperLeagues may ask for access to your camera and photo library (to set profile photos), your microphone (for voice calls in leagues), and your contacts (to help you invite friends). Each permission is optional and only used for the feature you're using it with.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run SuperLeagues, and only what they need to do their job:

• Amplitude — usage analytics.
• RevenueCat — subscription management for SuperPass.
• Apple — sign-in and payment processing for in-app purchases.
• Google — sign-in.
• LiveKit — real-time infrastructure for voice calls.
• DigitalOcean and Amazon Web Services (S3) — hosting for our servers and storage for images and media.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show ads or include advertising SDKs.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, we delete your personal information, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, purchase records) for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@superleagues.com.

Children

SuperLeagues is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and may notify you in the app.
