Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperLeagues app and website. By creating an account or using SuperLeagues, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use SuperLeagues.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperLeagues. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may only use SuperLeagues with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You sign in to SuperLeagues with your Apple or Google account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure, and let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SuperLeagues for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the app except as permitted by these Terms or by law.

SuperPass subscription

• SuperPass is a monthly subscription billed through your Apple ID.
• It auto-renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel SuperPass at any time in your App Store subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device).
• The current price is shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; refund requests go through Apple.

Super Coins

• Super Coins are a virtual currency for use inside SuperLeagues (for example, to buy card packs).
• Super Coins have no cash value, are not redeemable or exchangeable for real money or anything of value outside the app, and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Purchases of Super Coins are non-refundable except where required by law.
• SuperLeagues is a game of skill played for fun. It is not gambling: we do not offer real-money wagering, and no real-money prizes can be won in the app.
• Unused Super Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

User conduct and content

SuperLeagues includes league chat, direct messages, voice calls, and user profiles. When you use them, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or bully other users in chat, calls, or anywhere else;
• Post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or infringes others' rights;
• Impersonate others, spam, or attempt to scam or defraud users;
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or interfere with the service.

You own the content you create, but you grant us a license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can report or block other users in the app; you can also report issues by emailing support@superleagues.com.

Intellectual property

SuperLeagues — including the app, its design, artwork, card designs, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Team names, player names, and league marks belong to their respective owners; SuperLeagues is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NBA, or MLB.

Disclaimers

SuperLeagues is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stats and scores will always be accurate or timely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of SuperLeagues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using SuperLeagues and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends and virtual items (including Super Coins) are forfeited except where the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperLeagues is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and may notify you in the app. Continuing to use SuperLeagues after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
